1. Pricing & Currency

The total payable amount in USD is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates and fees when converting to your local currency.

Currency misunderstanding is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund, as this information is clearly provided prior to purchase.
2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We strive for prompt delivery. Our orders typically arrive to customers within Australia, United States, Canada & New Zealand within 4 business days.
- However, during periods of unprecedented demand, order processing may take 5–7 business days before shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on destination, courier, and customs clearance.

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at support@trytinyfetch.com

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to return an order after it has shipped, our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee applies (see Section 6).
5. Damages, Defects & Warranty Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@trytinyfetch.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement.

Return of the faulty item is not required unless specifically requested.
6. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product within 90 days of your order date:

You may return it for a refund of the product cost.

The item must be returned in original condition with its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As we offer free shipping on original orders, we cannot reimburse postage costs that were not charged.

Refunds will be processed immediately once receiving and inspecting your return. Most banks will typically process this & deposit into your bank within 1-3 business days.
7. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Currency misunderstandings (all prices are clearly stated in USD).

Orders outside of the 90-day return window.

Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.

Customer error in providing shipping address.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

All products should be used in accordance with the provided instructions. TinyFetch is not responsible for any harm or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform, or delays in performance, due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, pandemics, or supplier delays.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
