Subscription Policy
At TinyFetch, we believe every subscriber should know exactly what they're signing up for. Here's everything you need to know — clearly, with no small print.
How subscribing works
When purchasing on our website, the subscription option is clearly displayed and must be manually selected. By choosing Subscribe & Save at checkout, you're agreeing to receive your TinyFetch Daily Mobility Chews automatically on a recurring basis at the discounted subscription price.
The subscription option and its terms are shown in three places:
- On the product page, before adding to cart
- Inside the cart, before proceeding to checkout
- At checkout, before completing your purchase
By completing your purchase with the subscription option selected, you authorise TinyFetch to automatically process and ship your order on the recurring schedule you chose.
Billing & renewal schedule
Your card will be automatically charged every 30 days. Each shipment is sent on the same date as your original order.
Example: first order on 10 May → next charge on 10 June → 10 July, and so on.
You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises.
Shipping is always free on subscription orders.
Cancellation policy
Cancel anytime — no fees, no questions asked. You have two options:
- Self-service: log in to your TinyFetch account using the email you used at checkout and manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account portal
- Contact us: email us at support@trytinyfetch.com and our team will cancel it for you promptly
Important — cancellation timing: Please cancel at least 1 business day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. If your order has already been processed and dispatched before your cancellation request is received, we're unable to refund that shipment — you've had a full 30 days since the previous renewal to cancel before that charge occurs.
Skipping, pausing & swapping
Need to delay a shipment or pause for a month? No problem. From your account portal or by emailing us support@trytinyfetch.com, you can:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address or payment method

Please note: by subscribing, you acknowledge that TinyFetch reserves the right to update subscription pricing, terms, or policies at any time. Where changes affect your subscription, we will notify you in advance by email.
