To be eligible for a refund:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As we offer free shipping on original orders, we cannot reimburse postage costs that were not charged.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Damages & Issues (Warranty Replacements)
We take product quality seriously and package every order carefully. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item:

You do not need to return the faulty or damaged item unless instructed otherwise.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it.

Cancellations requested after this window may not be possible, as orders are sent to our fulfilment team quickly.

If your order has already shipped, it can still be returned under our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee (return shipping at buyer’s expense).
